GVEA filing with RCA approved U-06-060
Just reporting that the RCA approved GVEA's filing to expand their service area, mostly in the Delta area. The RCA link is here. Listing of all the filings in this document can be found here. Note that many of the RCA documents are in a scanned .tif format. You should open these files in Microsoft Office Image Viewer. The RCA is working on making these documents in a more accessible format. In the meantime, I've taken the main submission and converted it to Adobe Acrobat for your convenience. The document includes a lot of pro-forma info on GVEA that may be of historical interest.
